Mr. Thorpe manifests compassionate leadership and extraordinary visionary drive to his team members from all areas of his organizations from sales and marketing to finance and operations.
At the cornerstone of Mr. Thorpe’s success is his philosophy and desire to help others. Scott has created a foundation called TEAMS (Training, Empowering & Mentoring Services) that brings awareness of nontraditional career opportunities for underserved populations in energy and technology and provides job, technical and soft skill training and educational opportunities for community members. Scott utilizes a dynamic relationship building approach for fundraising and awareness of community issues. In addition, he serves on the digital and technology ministry at his church in Indianapolis, IN.
