Nidhi Allipuram is the Enterprise DevOps Platform Leader at Nationwide and empowers associates across the organization to implement DevOps tools and practices. Prior to her current role, Nidhi provided strategic and operational leadership to the Nationwide Financial CIO, Application Product Owner role managing customer facing applications and Commission and Compensation Systems. Prior to that, she was a Technical Lead and has 12 years of hands on programming experience. Nidhi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Gulbarga University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Franklin University. She serves as a Board of Directors for the InspirAsian – Nationwide Associate Resource Group and recently joined the Board of Advisors for Women in Technology International (WITI) Columbus Ohio.
