Head of Customer Success at ClearObject

Noel Hopkins is on the executive leadership team at ClearObject, a leading IoT and data analytics solutions provider based in Indianapolis, IN. As Head of Customer Success, Noel leads a dynamic team of customer advocates. The Customer Success team ensures the digital solutions created and curated by ClearObject deliver tangible results to customers around the world.

Before joining ClearObject, Noel developed a deep and fundamental understanding of the value of digital solutions from his time working in Engineering and Strategy at Rolls-Royce and subsequently Cummins.

While at Cummins, Noel helped define the Digital Strategy for the Engine Business, helping the global powertrain leader pioneer connected products and data analytics solutions.

Noel spent 12 years working for Rolls-Royce, leading Engineering teams in the UK and the US. Noel was instrumental in spearheading business and customer improvement initiatives, which leveraged the power of data analytics and digital transformation. As Head of Engineering, Noel worked with the world’s largest airlines to help deliver data driven solutions helping optimize maintenance, reduce flight disruption and drive operational performance improvements.

Noel holds a Doctorate of Materials Engineering from Swansea University, UK. Noel currently lives with his family in Indianapolis, IN.
